Excellent from start to finish. Spoke with Evan on the phone for scheduling and had Glenn and Kyle for the cleaning. Highly recommend that you ask for Glenn and Kyle!! They were on time (a little early which was great). Answered of all our questions, even some questions we did not think to ask. Quick, efficient, friendly, I cannot say enough positive things about the company, people, and experience.

The carpet cleaning was decent and the people were all very nice but the information on their website is inaccurate. On their website it states that they pre-vacuum the carpets, move furniture, and use a special rake at the end to help speed up the drying process. Unfortunately, after they had already sprayed the carpets they informed us that they don't pre-vacuum and that we should have done that, they don't move furniture except to shift small things like chairs slightly out of the way and then immediately move them back, and they didn't use the rake at the end. They also didn't even move doors to clean the carpet behind them. The service was a cheaper than most other carpet cleaners in the area, they fit us in quickly, and the people were nice but I wish their advertisements were more truthful so we knew what we were paying for beforehand.

Love this company! Easy to schedule, on time every time and professional. Have used them twice now and will continue to use Heaven's Best. Our carpets look great, house had no odor, use safe products for our family and they are dry SO FAST! To top it off they are super nice and personable, truly take pride in their work and like what they do.
