When we decided it was time to renovate and expand our kitchen, a major consideration was partnering with an interior designer who could help transform the main level of our home into a functional and contemporary area that fit our family’s style and provide a living space we could enjoy for many years to come. During our initial meeting, Julie Hoffmann listened carefully and understood what we were trying to accomplish. She translated our vision into a realistic concept, which was enormously refreshing considering the extent and complexity of our project. From day one, Julie and her team were sensitive to our budget, exceptionally responsive to our needs and extremely professional. With the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic, we cannot underestimate the value of the J&L team — that trust was key to the overall success of our renovation and expansion/addition project. Working with J&L Interiors has been an amazing experience!

Lori did a great job transforming my ho hum master bedroom into something I absolutely love. I asked her to brighten up my room and make it look fresh, without breaking the bank. She respected that I did not want to purchase all new furniture and she suggested keeping certain pieces and repurposing a table from another part of my home to save money. Then we could use my budget towards things that would create a \wow\ and she was very effective at selecting the items and presenting them to me to show me how everything would complement the other pieces. Once she spoke with me to understand what I wanted to accomplish she took the burden off of me and came back to me with the complete look instead of miring me down in the details, piece by piece. She coordinated the delivery and installation teams and it turned out to be a very smooth process, which I very much appreciated! I am super happy and would highly recommend Lori and her team. They are very talented.
Working with Julie and the J&L team far exceeded our expectations. We have worked on projects big and small - from bathroom renovations to redecorating rooms - and she was able to translate our ideas into a clear vision that fit in our budget and made the process enjoyable and much less stressful than it would have been if we tried to do it on our own. Plus the end product far exceeded our expectations and nailed the outcome we were trying to achieve. We highly recommend working with her and the team.
We were building our custom dream retirement home and needed interior decorating advice on everything from picking the roof to interior flooring to selecting paint colors and furniture. J&L Interiors was recommended to us by our builder. All I can say is that they turned out to be exactly what we needed. We were overwhelmed with the decisions we needed to make, but from the moment Julie started working with us, she just took over. She exuded professionalism, confidence, and decisiveness. If I couldn't make a decision on the choices I was given, I felt perfectly fine letting Julie select for me. If Julie said she was going to have something to you by a certain date, she did it. She was always 100% dependable. Ryan did an excellent job designing our kitchen. He was easy to work with and responsive to emails and questions. And Julie's assistants, Haley and Olivia, were helpful and responsive when Julie wasn't available. The whole team was great. They made a daunting project into a fun and exciting experience. Thanks to J&L Interiors we have the retirement home of our dreams. We would work with them on another project in a heartbeat.
