Been shopping here for a long time, previously had a bad experience with one of the employees (who has having a bad day, no excuse). Despite this, the shop was more than willing to clear it up. I also gave a call before deciding to come back. They recognized a problem a few months ago while also looking for ways to mitigate that issue. They also made sure to clear things up with long time customers. The shop has improved tremendously, the employees are more helpful which is not saying they were not before, but have noticed a few new employees who are very helpful and do not hesitate to assist. The shop selection has also improved, things are more organized and the business seems to be focusing. Previously (6 months ago) it was a little difficult to look for things, however this place is always looking to improve itself. The owner, Ed, has also been wonderful in the time we've known him, and also has been very helpful. Overall very happy with Lansdowne vapes, we appreciate y'all!

Friendly and knowledgeable staff! Huge selection, the biggest in Loudon County! Always welcomed, and if you aren't familiar with what exactly you are looking for, there is never shortage of help. The owners are the sweetest! If you go to any other vape shop, you're wrong!

Outstanding customer service. One of my favorite places to visit. They carry green roads brand CBD in multiple forms. Great delta 8 selection too. Awesome store all around. They carry a lot of different excellent products. The staff is very accommodating and everyone who works here is always welcoming, kind, understanding, and enthusiastic to help customers in regards to any and all of their products. I really love the people that work here. They’re the reason I continue to go back to this store in particular.
