Dave Willard

The owner and his son are extremely friendly and honest and Dave their Master mechanic goes out of his way to talk to you about your vehicle and the service he completed. A genuinely nice and trustworthy place to take your vehicle. Auto repairs are not always easy and sometimes you never know if you're getting the right value for the service. I've been here twice now and both times I felt like they have gone above and beyond to be honest and accurate with all of our repairs.

Loudoun Auto has always been super honest and fair on pricing. I needed an oil change, emissions test and the drains to my sunroof unclogged/reattached as it would leak inside the car when it rained. It has a family owned feel to it. My two young sons (10 & 7) and I were there a little over an hour and the owner/nice man behind the desk noticed them getting bored around the 45 min mark and showed them around the office behind the desk, showed them how brakes work with a demo he had on display and also gave them each a toy car. Not a little hot wheels, like the ones on display at Safeway, big ones that have the doors that open. That Kept my little one happy/entertained for a while. Then about 15 min before they were done with my car another guy who works in the back came over to us and saw My youngest was bored (again) and asked if he wanted to run back and forth in the parking lot with him and he was happy to do so! He kept him occupied while I checked out. It was a nice experience as always. I’ve been there a handful of times in the past and it’s always been pleasant. They even know who I am when I call...yes they may have caller ID but they have me pulled up and know my cars before they answer. It’s like talking to friends. Very nice touch! Super friendly people always going above and beyond to help! My little one said they get 5 stars as we left and I agree. ️ ️ ️️️

My family has been taking our cars to Loudoun Auto Repair for the past decade and even though we've all moved closer to DC, we still drive the 45 min to Leesburg when we need to take our cars in. The service is always great and you can trust that they will quote you a fair price. Sammy at the front desk is obviously knowledgeable and is able to answer any questions you may have about what's being done or may need to be done in the future.

I was always left frustrated, disappointed, etc. Then I stumbled upon Loudoun Auto Repair one day and I've been going there ever since. They're incredibly polite, honest and fast.
