Well this place is a heaven sent when you have a friend in need or your just going through a hard time the ladies in drop in are beyond amazing Ms Dee & Gloria the are so helpful and tell it like it is.

Loving, caring environment for families. Staff is excellent. I highly recommend anyone to look into volunteering or donating if they can. Every little bit helps

I did not personally stay at the shelter .I helped 2 persons seek warmth at the warming shelter .I was told they would accept them and where to meet . Both have the same report of how they were treated .The place to stay was cold and the food served was also cold . When asked if food could be warmed were told they were not allowed in kitchen area .Nor did anyone offer to warm it. Part of this program is a warm meal and a warm place to stay .Correct ? Does it really matter where they live?We should open our arms to anyone who does not have a place to stay for the night. Perhaps Loudoun needs to look at Winchester and Fairfax counties program for warming .WATTS.Churches and other civic groups sponsor stays usually weekly at their church etc for night time .They are given a hot meal and treated with respect and dignity . That could be us one day down on our luck.Loudoun you can do better .I am very saddened by this as wealthy as this county is .

Some staff involved in hateful politics. Miss Linda is great, very caring, also many of the staff are very, polite and don't text and joke about hurting others. The church they meet with seems to be somewhat negative and think trafficking of women and children is some sort of joke. Guess Presidents and first families have no conscious like Board of Supervisors/VoA. Sad. Otherwise I would have given them 5 stars!
