We enjoyed this indoor playground & found it to be clean & the staff to be friendly. I liked the fact that the fee was for an all day pass & you can leave for a bit & return at a later time. There is place to have drinks & snacks as well. We will definitely be back.

One of the best indoor playgrounds in Northern Virginia. This is my go-to whenever I drive down to VA with my son. I like that grownups can play on the jungle gym too. I also like that there are areas for crawlers and toddlers. Only prob is that you have to take off your shoes before you enter the play area...and the bathrooms are inside. I am glad that the bathroom floors aren’t wet whenever I go in lol

Very unsafe environment. Two things stand out immediately. The long slides for older kids is a disaster waiting to happen. The kids who slide first wouldn't clear the path for the others behind them and as a result there are collisions, sometimes very painful for the kids. Some adults, without any consideration for the rules or the little kids (in comparison) think its fun to slide, adding more probability of injuries (I did see most of the adults ensuring they watch out for kids, but some just didn't care even when a kids or two bumped into them and hurt themselves). There are no staff supervising any activities and its just a matter of the kids figuring it out (sometimes, the hard way). To the owners comments, I definitely understand your position about not being adequately staffed, but I think you should increase the frequency of your staff walking around and also let adults who don't care about kids know that there are creating unsafe conditions. The Wi-Fi sucks. I was told it is often like that when there is a crowd. How about getting your IT service folks upgrading the quality to ensure more guests can connect? Hygiene is literally non existent (don't see any sanitizers around. Their availability needs to be increased. Prices are not displayed upfront. You don't know what you are charged for until get the receipt. Didn't want to hold off the line asking about the options, so I just paid what I'm asked to pay. All in all, I'm not taking my kids there again. Right across the street are better places for them to hang out.

Love taking my siblings here! It’s so fun for them and for us (adults too)! Only kids pay, adults can go in for free so that’s definitely a win. Wish they had different kinds of foods but overall it’s a great place for a family

A nice mix of arcade games and traditional climbing equipment. My son had a great time, I had fun watching him.

Usually don’t write reviews, but I just had to give credit where it’s due. This place is EXCEPTIONALLY clean for an indoor playground. I will be honest, I wasn’t expecting this before my arrival but I was quickly proved wrong. I was also proved wrong about the food they serve in their cafe. I was a bit skeptical and was going to take my nephews somewhere else to eat, but I’m glad I didn’t! The food is surprisingly good for a place like this. Keep up the good work mates! This was a well worth it ride from West Virginia considering we don’t have much there for the little kiddos to do. My twin nephews loved it here, especially the arcade and LEGO station. I will be returning next time, but with my daughter and husband!

Great place for kids up to about age 11 or 12. Serve food. Clean. Great service. Only downfall is it's so far from my home
