I decided to do a session with Vanessa on FaceTime (because of the pandemic) and could not be happier that I booked with her. She's so easy to talk to, she makes you feel right at home, and the hypnosis worked just the same (if not better) over the phone. There's plenty of time to discuss any issues you want to work on before she starts the hypnosis portion of the session. She really pays attention to the details you mention and creates such a beautiful journey during the hypnosis itself. You can tell Vanessa loves her job, she's so willing to help, and encourages staying in touch to let her know about your progress. She sends a recording after and it works perfectly for getting the most out of your session with her. I would definitely recommend working with her!!

Vanessa is AMAZING!! Tomorrow will be 19 weeks since I met with Vanessa for smoking cessation and still smoke free after only one session. I researched many businesses and only one other place said it \COULD\ be done in one session, but not recommended. I needed just one session. I needed to quit right away or I would never quit. Additionally, all the other options were WAY more expensive than Vanessa. Vanessa spent 45-60 minutes learning my habits and triggers and then 45 minutes for the actual session. Not only did Vanessa record the session, but she sent me the MP3 recording so I can listen to it any time I want! I'm SOOOO grateful for Vanessa!! She not only made it much easier than expected, but she followed up every few weeks to make sure she never sees me again \for the same issue\. If I ever need to be hypnotized again, there is no doubt I would go to Vanessa! I would recommend her to anyone considering hypnosis for anything! Thank you, Vanessa!! You're a hero!
Vanessa is warm and accepting and immediately makes you feel safe. She introduced me to EFT and I used her guide for almost two years to benefit many areas of my life. Working with her one-on-one is a real treat! Her voice is soothing and she really helps to clarify areas in need of improvement. I think of her as a friend who has helped me to shift negative self-talk into positive affirmations!
Vanessa is tremendous and loves what she does. I went to her for anxiety/panic attacks and just talking with her was worth it. Her understanding of anxiety and how it works, along with her enthusiasm for working with me was very helpful. I starting having “wins” the same day as my session and have continued making strides each day. It is not magic, you still have to keep up and practice the tools she has given you. Vanessa has followed up several times since our sessions and genuinely cares and wants you to succeed. I highly recommend working with Vanessa on whatever you need help with.
I am so thankful for Vanessa! She made me feel at ease and safe immediately. I could not stop the self doubting and negative loops that were on constant repeat in my head. After one session, I feel lighter, joyful, and more in control. I feel more at ease with the relationships in my life. It may sound like a simple thing, but it is huge for me!
