This Petco is very conveniently located (right beside Hobby Lobby ), with ample parking. Typical pet supply store chain - having a little bit of everything for your pet's needs. I was there recently looking for an item for one of my fur babies. Be aware, that currently, they will not take back any returns due to CoVid. I was informed by a staff member there that if you are buying a bed or article of clothing etc and it doesn't fit or you decide it isn't working for you, it can't be returned. The staff member was unable to provide information as to when that policy would change and was also unsure if the item would ever be returnable once this policy/ practice was lifted (even with receipt and tags in place ). I completely understand the restrictions during the pandemic and that being said my advice is to 1) bring your fur baby in to the store to try on clothing, pet bed etc before purchasing, 2) measure your fur baby accurately, 4) love the item no matter what, 5) be prepared that you may have to eat the cost of said purchased item by the time this policy is changed back to eturns accepted\ again.

Okay here's the story. First of all, the creepy salesman followed us around offering information we didn't ask for. Second, we wanted to buy a beta fish this guy lectures us on \cycling\ water before adding a beta and refusing to sell the fish. All for a fish that is capable of living in a mudpuddle. Then, my friend takes her mask down for three seconds to breathe (while on opposite side of store) and then chastised by the unprofessional and inadequate cashier. I will most definitely NOT be coming back and would recommend going to Winchester Pet and Aquarium to save you time, money, and frustration. (Also Winchester Pet has a LOT more animal and supply variety).

Great store with a great selection for small animals. What most pet stores struggle with is keeping products for amphibians and reptiles but this store excels at this. Easily my favorite Petco. The only issue I have with this store is they don't spray their amphibian enclosures enough (Should be done twice a day) leaving the animals with critically low humidity. Other than that a great store overall.

I take our puppy here for training. They also groom her. They are a bit high on prices to buy in the store which is why I gave it 4 stars but the customer service, training and grooming teams are amazing!
