Counseling staff was very helpful. We had a few problems with the front desk staff, but the center had been hiring new staff in the front, so those issues were temporary. Overall our experience at Riverside was very positive.

Margaret Zaepfel is a wonderful therapist. I see her as does my nine-year-old son. She is caring, professional, and full of good ideas that have practical use. She has helped both of us beyond measure. Her empathy and keen understanding as well as her experience make her a world-class counselor. I am truly grateful to her for all she has done for our family. In addition, the office staff at Riverside are friendly, patient, and efficient with a good sense of humor. Monica has shown endless patience for our multiple appointments. I can't recommend Riverside highly enough. It has been a godsend to us.

Margaret Zaepfel has been my therapist for almost a year now. I started seeing her briefly while pregnant with my second child and started coming regularly after he was born. I developed Postpartum Depression and Margaret's kindness, empathy and wisdom were key factors in my path to recovery. Margaret is always there to listen, offer godly advice and pray with me at the end of each session. It is nice to speak with someone who respects and shares my faith and is willing not only to help me from a psychiatric standpoint, but pray for me in a spiritual one. Margaret has also been very influential in helping my 5 year old deal with some anxiety issues and has been very great at speaking to her on a 5 year old level. She has helped us implement some things at home that have really made a difference. Shiloh has been such a blessing as well to both of us. It is so nice when you are sharing something difficult to all of a sudden have a sweet puppy dog put his head in your lap for some comfort. Having Shiloh in the therapy sessions has really helped both of us. I cannot recommend Margaret and Shiloh highly enough. I don't know where we would be without them!

My daughter has been seeing Margaret (and Shiloh) for over a year and it has been a huge blessing! My daughter struggles with anxiety, and even though she has a good support system at home, and even though we talk with her a lot about things, she looks forward to her sessions with Margaret and Shiloh each time!! My daughter loves sitting with Shiloh, petting him, and just talking with Margaret about things going on in her life. And Margaret has such a wonderful way of listening to her, supporting her, providing insightful thoughts and advice, all in a calm and reassuring way. And while my daughter has this support at home too, it has been so nice and so extremely helpful for my daughter to have this with someone outside of home. She has grown so much during her time with Margaret, especially with her self confidence, and has learned a lot about her anxiety and how to deal with it. The tools Margaret is giving her will help her thru many difficult times and will be tools that she will be able to use for a long time, and I am just so thankful to Margaret for that!

I have been going to Riverside Counseling since April 2016 and have had the pleasure of working with Dr. Hall. I have received wonderful care from him and have been pleased every time I see him. I have also been seeing Deirdre since the fall of 2017 and can't say enough wonderful things about my experiences with her. She has been such a great counselor and has helped me very much. The front desk staff is always ready with a smile and is very helpful. I have been very pleased with my experiences at Riverside Counseling. I highly recommend them!
