As the board president for our 400 plus member HOA, I am happy to say that our Sentry Community Manager, Lestia, is doing a great job. She has all the qualities and skills I would want in an HOA manager. First she has tact. She always shows kindness even during difficult conversations with our residents, while she can be quite firm when necessary. She has initiative and makes excellent recommendations to the board, and decisions as she is authorized. She demonstrates good common sense too. Lestia is also very responsive to the board and to all residents and does a good job dealing with the complexity of management issues on a daily basis. Sentry is a solid company with very good business processes in place.

We have been with Sentry Management for a year now and just recently renewed our contract because we have been impressed with both the professionalism and responsiveness that they offer. Our Community Manager Dawn Quinn always responds in a timely manner and has been helpful with getting contract proposals from multiple vendors.
