I read a few Google Reviews on this firm and decided to reach out to them about a traffic ticket I received. Because I pride myself on my stellar driving record, it was important for me to keep it that way. I called the firm and was transferred to a wonderful woman named Louise. I told Louise my issue, and that I completely forgot my court date was scheduled for the same day. She took no time in reaching out to Attorney Penn Bain. Penn happened to be in court at the time, so Louise sent him a text. A little while later Penn called me directly, asked me what happened, a little about myself as a basic human being and what would be a favorable outcome for me. He didn't make any promises but he did let me know what an ideal outcome would be, and how he planned on achieving it. A few hours later Penn emailed me confirming the outcome of the ticket was what we both aimed for during our earlier conversation. The experience I had was phenomenal,.
