I been here for two years now and I can’t say enough about this place. It is a quite, clean community. Only issue I had was a leak in my unit and the entire roof was replaced!! Truly an awesome community, great place for young professionals and families. Super close to downtown leesburg, awesome trails to walk. Keep it up Stratford !!!!

Love this area peaceful and quite . Neighbors some of them are really nice other not so much they can be a pain . However , is worth it. The only thing is that HOA increases every year, and I know many condo owners had to move because of it. I will say they should spend less money in the office and stick to an actual budget. The office I have met like 3 different Management people. The only one that has been there in four years has been Wendy .

Just wanted to thank Christian in the office for his assistance. He walked me through using the business office equipment in the clubhouse then followed up with a phone call to be sure I was set to go. This is the second time I have rented at Stratford Leesburg and love it. The property is well maintained, the grounds are professionally groomed and the pool/clubhouse/gym areas are spotless. I have never had an issue with noise. It’s always quiet here. Security is tight and polite. We have a large contingent of owners with a smaller percentage of tenants. Thank goodness it is an adult community with no tolerance for the party people. Thank you managers and neighbors! I enjoy coming home!

Good luck living in this place! The management office never helps you! The Yes Energy(which takes care of gas and water) will screw your bill up so badly and they are a royal pain to deal with! The stairs are rusty where the stairs and railings are bolted into the concrete. The security company never seem to answer their phones. People that don't live there park their rusty old vehicles and they just sit there and don't get towed. It's a gated community but that doesn't keep motorcycles from getting stolen. The HOA increases every year! If you go to a board meeting get prepared for them to either ignore you or talk down to you! They even had a special payment that had to be made one year to pave the parking lot, when in fact it didn't need paving!
