Everyone is very knowledgeable and proactive. I thought I may have broken a toe and I did. Even though the orthopaedic practice said they were booked up, the office of Dr. Boudreau called them and I was seen that day! It has completely healed which may not have been the case if we waited. Dr. Boudreau also developed a perfect combination of otc allergy medicines for fall seasonal allergies that was both not overwhelming and effective. For the first time in year's I could breath easily in the fall! She is the best!

I just moved to the area and was delighted that Dr. Boudreau took me as a new Medicare patient. I have seen her once in person to establish her as my Primary Care Physician and once with a telemed visit. She and her staff are responsive, friendly, and easy to talk to. I look forward to a long relationship!!

This is the health provider you are looking for. Great quality of service, excellent facilities, great staff, and superb aftercare. Recently, I needed medical care and decided to make an appointment here, and I was happily surprised by the advanced level of care I received here. The whole experience from entrance to the friendly receptionist, highly qualified nurses and doctors, and then the aftercare and follow up procedures. They really care about their patients and I experienced that first hand. Thank you!

I'm pretty disappointed in this office. I was prescribed depression medicine by this office and it was time for a refill. My pharmacy called and called the office for the refill and never got through. I tried to call the office and they were closed. The next day when I called I was told they will not refill the prescription because I haven't been in the office in two years. Because of the pandemic I am unable to take off work to go see her. I politely asked if there is anyway they could do a virtual consult during lunch as I am strapped and really can't afford to take time off work. The receptionist said \the only appointment we have is 9AM on Tuesday\. Ok I tried to understand and asked her to please talk to the doctor so we can figure something out because it is very unsafe to go off depression medicine cold turkey. I haven't heard back at all and the receptionist did not act compassionate or like she cared. So I went into Vita family portal because I remember Dr. Boudreaux saying I can message her on there with any questions. I messaged her, and also found a message I sent a few years back that she did not respond to either. I'm very disappointed at the lack of care of refilling a depression medicine and allowing a patient to go off cold turkey. Especially in a pandemic where the mental health is the most at risk. The lack of compassion for someone with depression is very upsetting.

Left Kaiser and joined Anthem for medical insurance so needed a new GP. With a strong understanding of the field (two doctor sisters, daughter just starting her residency, I know what to look for. On paper Dr. Boudreau has it all - Penn State (BIg Ten, GO!), Drexel, chief resident, and West Point/Army background (daughter MD married an Air Force officer); but in person she is even better - brains and caring service! During this Covid virus and dealing with issues that arise (two follow ups to Emergency Care runs) she was fantastic. Go, you will be in excellent hands. An example, I was dealing with a neurologist for headaches and in talking with Dr. B she inquired about my eyeglasses. Do to Corona (broken pair, replacement delayed) I realized I was wearing an old (and very out of date) prescription. I ran to the optical shop (Lenscrafter's Tysons - a separate shout out for Corona management) and my headache has disappeared. That general overview of you care management is essential and you could not be in better hands than Vita.
