First experience was not a good one was told to back most the way into the dock do not open my doors Here's the kicker. 14 hours later they say I can open my doors I called multiple times I asked them what's going on am I getting unloaded tonight I showed up 18:53 for a 22:00 and now it's 09:30 the next day hopefully I never have to come back here but I do please get your s*** together Sincerely the sleepy driver you left in the door

I did not think it could get worse but it has. I want to leave you a good review. But you have to earn it. For a company that claims to be an efficient there on time record is horrendous.
They tore up the floor on my reefer and then got smart about it. Then had the nerve to say it was loose and probably damaged from the shipper. So I called the shipper and had them send over the pictures of my load. ( Thank God it was required for a picture to be taken after being loaded to show the load was secure) Very unpleasant experience. And the worst thing about the whole experience was they weren't going to even tell me about the damage. Lesson of the day. Always take pictures.
