Our experience started out great with this company, but deteriorated quickly. They began substituting cheaper products without our consent and still charging us full price. We then had to call their office 4 - 5 times to try and get them to fix our invoices & take products back, but they never got it right. Then, they would lose our orders, and when we called to check the status, they would tell us every day that our supplies would be there tomorrow, but they did not come on time. We finally decided to just order paper from them and nothing else because their price is good on paper. The order we just did, they did not deliver it to our front door as usual, they dumped it in the alley in the back of our office and did not even knock to let us know it was there. If the boss had not come in through the back we would not have known it was there and it is supposed to rain this weekend. Everyone I spoke with was very polite and apologetic, however the changes they have implemented in their office within the last few months, have caused chaos and are not good for their customers. Unfortunately, we will not be ordering from them again.

We never had issues with this company in the past, but this month has been the worst. The customer service is very nice but they are unable to follow through with what they promise. We ordered our printer ink and supplies weeks ago and our order has been lost 2 times according to their files, but we were not updated. We were told it would be delivered every day this week first thing In the morning, but no deliveries. We have not been able to print anything for clients or make copies this entire week. We will have to look elsewhere for future supplies. Until they hire more people to deliver the products correctly and on time, I would wait to order things that are vital for your business.
I delivered at 420am. It was my last stop after delivering first to moon township location. They gave me a dock immediately. There are not any lines on the ground for the dock and the docks look straight but may be slanted. Took me a few tries to get it straight because my trailer looked straight on both sides in my mirror but when I checked I was not even. It was dark too and there wasn't much light or any lines. They unloaded me in 15 mins. They told me about their bathroom facilities and they had coffee. Nice staff.
If I could make it no star I would. It is smoke an mirrors. This company is a con. There prices are high, they do not provide next day delivery. Ordered on Wednesday,; here it is friday, no delivery. Half of the order is supposedly on Saturday and the rest maybe Monday.
Currently an \employee\ overnights here. Would not recommend this location or company one bit. They have a tendency to lie to employees about their contracts, their prices on paper and office supplies are quite ridiculous, the safety hazards in the facility could probably get it shut down... While I could continue this laundry list, I would like to also state Stephen G and Joe from bulk are two of the most dedicated workers I've ever seen
