After my experience with the owner, I would give a zero rating. I used their service to order replacement shades for my elderly veteran father. Everything went smooth until the shades were installed and we noticed some damage. My father contacted the lady running the business at which point she became very aggressive and talked down to him. My father has a hard time hearing and this lady had the audacity to tell him perhaps he should learn to listen better. I contacted the lady and asked her why she talked to my father in that manner and she began to spout off profanities that I will not mention here. Very unstable owner, plenty of better alternatives in the area.
