This place is great to workout at! All the staff is super friendly and fun to talk to. They are cleaning constantly. The fitness classes are fun and challenging and the instructors are really energetic.

I felt so at home. The staff was so nice. They took me on a tour of the gym and it was everything I was looking for plus more. They have some Awesome equipment and TVs set up explaining how to work out with equipment. They have different types of equipment to accommodate you. They also have a section only for women to workout. Plus, that particular day one of the owners were there. And she was super nice and down to earth. Thanks for such a warm welcome #NCgirl
