Lehi Mills Reviews | Rating 4.5 out of 5 stars (8 reviews)

Lehi Mills is located in Lehi, United States on 833 E Main St. Lehi Mills is rated 4.5 out of 5 in the category baking supply store in United States. We help others experience a taste of the past with a heritage of products that bring people together. You can taste it in everything we do. Company History: In the early 1900’s the Lehi Roller Mill and Elevator Company served local farmers around Lehi, Utah. In 1905, its shareholders invested $20,000 in what would become the Lehi Roller Mills. The new mill, which boasted the most modern equipment of the time, turned out its first flour in April 1906. Four years later, George G. Robinson purchased the Lehi Roller Mills and a family tradition of consistent, dependable milling was born. Within three years, George G. began an extensive modernization project as the demands for flour continued to increase. By 1925, Lehi Roller Mills was delivering flour by the carload to bakeries and dealers in Salt Lake City and California. When George G. Robinson died in 1936, his son, Sherman D. Robinson took charge of the mill until 1980. Today, his son (George G.’s grandson) R. Sherman Robinson still runs the mill. Under his direction, production capabilities have expanded, a new warehouse has been built, a state-of-the-art mix plant has been installed, and new product lines have been created. Today, Lehi Roller Mills is still evolving. Equipment upgrades are consistent and innovative processes are introduced on an on-going basis. However, the philosophy is still the same: “Only the best wheat makes the best flour.” The care we put into every bag we produce has not changed since 1906.

Great flour for purchase here especially if you're a bread baker

I wanted to do something reasonably priced for friends and neighbors for Christmas that was made by a Utah based company I thought of Lehi Mills, and was happy to learn that they sold over the web and have free shipping for orders over 50.00 I have had various products over the years and all have been great. Their prices are reasonable, packaged nicely, and products are things people can easily use and enjoy. I ordered a gift to be sent directly to an out of state relative', then ordered a variety of products to be sent to me for gifts for friends and neighbors. My box arrived in two days! What a simple solution for a nice holiday remembrance.! I am very pleased.

One day return policy? Seems short to me. My elderly mother bought the wrong product, she lives in Heber, tried to exchange it but was told no. Luckily the nice lady in line traded her for the correct product. Too bad. This would have never happened with the old owners.

I just moved to the area from a lower elevation and had been struggling to bake with my old recipes, even after trying to make the adjustments to account for the elevation. So when I saw the Lehi Mills vegan brownie mix at Smith’s, I thought “aha! This might work”. And sure enough, it did! This stuff rocks.

I’ve made over 50 loaves of sourdough bread with the Lehi artisan baking flour. Originally, I bought the flour at a .99 store when I was in a pinch. I was unsure of the quality of the product, but took a chance. Wow!. Lehi flour is a wonderful product and results in a great loaf of bread. Using a natural sourdough starter instead of a commercial yeast product means that the flour I use has to be especially good. I love this flour.

Disappointed highly, not one john Lithgow poster, not one Keven Bacon poster, and the absolutely most disappointing part is that footloose wasn't blasting on speakers.. truly sad state of affairs.

Staff does not honor their check-in offer and staff claims they've never heard of this Yelp deal, despite me showing them the Yelp app on 7/18/20 (see photo.) Small selection of mixes, syrups and bulk bags of flour. Prices are a little steep (Ex: 6.99 for a brownie mix before tax) and cocoa mix contains corn syrup solids.

Great quality flour from local sources and surprisingly low prices.
