I showed up today to see our grandkids for the first time at their class...Jason and the staff are absolutely incredible, kind, teaching respect, values, self defense, and anti bullying and most important confidence. This style impacts kids lives forever. All the kids in the class today were all so happy, laughing, and individually.respected and helped both as a group and incredible with plenty of 1 on 1 attention. If I had kids under 18, again I would highly recommend each parent register their kids into this organization. Jason and the staff....congrats and well done!!

I have 4 kids, from 7 to 16 that absolutely LOVE these classes. Sifu Jason is amazing with all of them, and his assistants/trainees/ more advanced students that help out are great also and held to the same high standard that Jason sets. I would recommend these classes to anyone, but esp those looking to learn skill, self-defense, or gain self confidence.

We did a self defense class as a GNO and it was so much fun and super informative. Every woman should know how to defend themselves. The instructor was so passionate about teaching this class! Definitely will be going back
