When package arrived, the box appeared undamaged, tape was secure, no dents. Inside there was paper lining the box, my pie plate was double wrapped in shrink wrap. Unfortunately it arrived in about 12 pieces. Will update post depending on outcome Update Spoke to Joe and they took care of damages.. Great customer service! LV Mailbox definitely puts customer satisfaction at the top of their list. Will recommend them to anyone in the area that needs shipping

The cost to ship a 2lb box was insane to a PA Address. Did not give any options for different shipping options. Said they only do it one way for the Tom Hall Auctions. I did receive a call back and the owner did work with me. He explained how things are shipped and recommended for future to call before paying invoice to see if they can find a cheaper way.

I purchased an item thru an auction and Mr. Collins was the designated shipper. I had an odd shaped item and Mr. Collins went out of his way to make sure I received the item without a scratch. I know that is what is expected of a shipper but he went out of his way to assist us and we appreciated very much his care for our item. I would highly recommend his company for any shipping need.
