If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would! Raciel the owner and Sabrina at the store went out of their way to help me pick the right hot tub and pergola. It was tricky getting the hot tub into my back yard, but they figured it out, and we had no issues. They were also consultative throughout the process which simplified the project. We had to move pavers, add a 6” thick slab of concrete to hold the tub, maneuver the 220 & 110 electrical under the pavers through the back yard and to the tub, then install the tub via a crane and build the pergola. It’s was quite a production with a lot of different moving pieces and different people/technicians needed to do everything right. Raciel managed the entire project with impressive results! The hot tub and pergola are a beautiful addition to our backyard! Throughout the process, Raciel and Sabrina were very responsive! I also noticed that Raciel treated his help with the same respect that he shows to his customers. He’s simply a really good person and provides excellent service and results. If you need a tub, do not hesitate to buy from them!

The owners of the store, Sabrina and Raciel, are amazing. Although it has been difficult during this pandemic to receive parts and hot tubs due to manufacturing issues beyond their control, they maintain a level of loyalty and commitment to their customers. Keep up the great work you guys and ignore the negative comments. For what it's worth you have us as your loyal customers.

I called this business Saturday July 11 about 10 am and inquired for a robotic vacuum model E 10 for our pool , they didn’t have the model I was looking for but was told that they carried another model S 50 for 650.00 My question was do you have it in stock and the girl I talked to said YES , I assumed she doesn’t know the meaning of IN STOCK cause after driving to the store at Sharyland Rd. from Edinburg and wanting to purchase the item, I was then told they had it in the warehouse in Harlingen and that they closed at 12 o’clock so it be till Monday . The reason I was told they did not stock it was of theft , they have a back room which can be locked , or just tell customers that they can get it at a later time when people call . I made the girl that I had called and told it was in stock not even an apology for the mess up What customer service , get personal that care and not just there for a pay check —- needless to say I ordered unit from internet and a better price . P.S I called Leslie Pools talked to the manager and the customer service was great and thou he was out of stock he took the time to check their sister stores to let me know they were also sold out .
