We purchased an entire outdoor lighting system for our home - probably about 4 years ago. The initial consult and installation was great- very professional and we were very pleased. Starting last year, and into this year, the customer service is horrible. We have several fixtures that either need repair due to the fixture not holding up over time , several have bulbs that need replacing etc. In general, minor issues that would probably take a tech about an hour of time ( or less ) to remedy. I can not tell you how many times we have called the office to no avail. If they answer, they reply it will be several weeks before they can come out- only problem is that they never do. It’s been a constant battle to get a response. We invested several thousand dollars into this, and it’s the worst customer service I have experienced. We called them two months ago to come out for current repairs and we are still waiting. Very frustrating.

Very high quality light fixtures, professional install and straightforward pricing. Expect to pay though. If you don't like it, you're going to pay anyway. We feel the expense is worth the cost. The lights look really spectacular.

Derek was so knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with... explained everything - process, cost, service during and after install. He came out again after the initial visit at night to place battery operated lighting in various places to demonstrate the effect. That and the service plan really made this an easy decision. I found the cost to be very reasonable for the value I was getting. I would recommend OLP to anyone I know and I'd tell them to ask for Derek.
