I have been using Behney Oil for 15 years, and would have recommended them 100% of the time. Unfortunately their sale to Tevis has ruined what used to be an excellent company. I called to place an order for fuel oil delivery. What once was a very simple and pleasant process took a very frustrating 15 minutes to complete. I asked for my tank to be filled, however that, apparently, is not an option anymore. I had to commit to a specific amount of oil to be delivered and they charged my card right away, not once the delivery was completed. They also no longer have specified delivery dates. (Previously the deliveries for my area were Mon, Wed, Fri). In addition, the person that answered the phone did not seem to be knowledgeable about the process for ordering fuel oil delivery, and was less than helpful. This company is still Behney Oil in name only, nothing about it now measures up to the customer service that they once provided.
