I wish I could give ZERO stars. I have been a customer of Lendmark for almost three years and have secured two loans with them. They always call and ask if I want more money and I always say no. This time they called to ask the same question, and when I told them no they said they could also see if I could lower my payments. Well, OF COURSE I want to lower my payments!! They worked on it most of the day and told me my payment could be lowered by 30 per month. They asked when I could come in to sign the paperwork and I scheduled a time to come in. I rush to Daphne from my place of work in PACE, FL only to find out I was LIED TO. No, my payment wasn’t lowered 30, it was increased by 6. I was FURIOUS. They told me it was only lower without all of the insurance they had on there from previously, which they did not tell me on the phone two days earlier. DO NOT GET A LOAN FROM LENDMARK BECAUSE THEY WILL EVENTUALLY LIE TO YOU TO GET MORE FROM YOU.
