Called to diagnose dishwasher issues over the phone. Said they were ordering a part. Never called back to follow up. I called a week later and was told someone would look into it and call me back. That was a month ago. I researched online and ended up completing the repair myself.

Mike did a great job. Even though the fix ended up being something anyone could've done, he still went ahead and inspected the range, put it back together, and took the time to explain how it operates. Very professional and knowledgeable.
Mark was very efficient and knowledgable. He diagnosed the problem quickly and had the dryer fixed quickly. Would definitely recommend to others.
Excellent service, great communication with office, friendly & quick workmanship. Jake was able to diagnose the refrigerator issue & repair within about 20 minutes. Gave good advice on the oven issue based on his experience with our model of appliance, which I appreciated. Also good to see him with a trainee whom he supervised attentively while the trainee replaced the part -- sustainable business practice for the long-term!
I have used Able Appliance Repair for years. They have repaired a dryer refrigerator and other appliances, saving me hundreds of dollars! This time, I wasn't as lucky; the repair would have cost as much or more as a new appliance. That said, I appreciate their candor and suggestions for a replacement. I will use them again and will continue to recommend. Jerry Hale, a tech in training, was accompanied by Doug, an experienced technician. They were early, quick and left everything tidy as it was.
