This co-lo is a great location for building out a data center for production or disaster recovery purposes. The site is completely protected from weather elements, due to it being located underground. The facility is extremely clean and well-maintained. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

The staff are great and the units are highly customizable.
Would not recommend sleeper cab unloading or loading here. A lot of marks and chips on the concrete walls from trucks. Had to to use spotter just to turn corners and still scraped the top of the trailer. Cave is exactly 13'6 in height, but the edged corners or not. My antenna was scraping the ceiling when going straight. My delivery was to Dot Pretzels, but when arrived at the warehouse I was told to follow their unloader to the separate locations which was these tight caves. The broker said they didn't tell him it was going to the caves because they've had issues with drivers not being able to maneuver through the caves. Ive been to the caves in Missouri before, not these, and they were much roomier. Whoever designed these did not have sleeper cabs in mind
