We have been using Drexel Technologies for years. They are always very helpful if any issues arise with our equipment. Recently our 15 year old plotter decided it was time to retire. The first place we checked was Drexel because of past experience with them. We requested bids from other companies as well, but no one could touch their price. The good price was just the beginning, they set up a delivery date that fit into our schedule and they showed up on time for the delivery. The technician was very knowledgeable and answered all question. It was a very quick process for them to get the plotter up and running. He made sure that we were comfortable with loading paper and changing setting before he installed the software on 5 different work stations. We won't hesitate to use Drexel Technologies in the future

We work with Drexel, not only for our print needs (we're an architectural firm) but we also recently purchased a Xerox printer through them. Would absolutely recommend Drexel. Top notch customer service. We oftentimes have to get things printed at the last minute (and quickly, of course) and they do their best to accommodate us. Dustin, Jay, Scott , and Kenny are just super-duper!
