Now going on 6 hours without power with a newborn when it was supposed to last “30-60 minutes”! Called and have gotten 4 different answers on when the ETA would be for power to return. Now sounding like it turned into an actual outage. Absolutely ridiculous!

Shut out power off then as they attempt to turn it back on they are having issues on one of the coldest days we have had in years. Figure it out!
I recently moved and setup a start and stop service on the properties. The start service worked, but the stop service did not. I did not find this out until my bill came through. My keys were handed over a month ago to someone else and was not under my control of use of energy. Evergy refuse to refund me on a property I do not own. Terrible business practice and a horrible service
I wish Westar would've just bought KCP&L instead of merging with them.
Recently had a power outage, I went online to report the outage and the approximate time for it to be fixed was 6:00 p.m. and at 6:01pm power was back on so way to go Evergy, we appreciate that especially when it's 95ﾟ out.
