We need more mission-driven non-profits like GoodLife. They provide excellent care that is life changing for many. In addition to improving the lives of the individuals served, I can tell that the leadership wants to meaningfully improve the lives of the staff who provide care, too. I'm continually impressed and highly recommend.

CLO/GoodLife is a mission driven organization focused on providing a variety of services for the IDD community. From in-home care to day services to counseling and youth camp experiences, GoodLife aims to provide the best quality care in the industry. As Goodlife continues to evolve in a challenging environment (Economics, Pandemic, Staffing Challenges) they are implementing technology solutions for the best monitoring, interaction and support possible. Our experience with CLO/Goodlife has been great and we recommend them to anyone with family needs.

Very poor communication. Quite unorganized. The initial two week training was good, but going into the homes was more chaotic. As someone with experience, I felt this place had too many people in charge with not enough experience in the field. Supervisors who weren't very well-versed on QLP's, PCSP's, behavior implementation plans, and who lacked dignity and respect when talking about the person's served. The precautions put in place to prevent Covid in the homes were fine, but there were issues with staff following those guidelines, such as staff not wearing masks into the homes or supervisors unsure of where to locate PPE in the homes. My guess is that this place is unorganized even without a global pandemic. That is only my perspective as someone with 8 years DSP experience, but one size does not fit all.

This is just CLO pretending they aren’t a hellscape of a terrible company. They treat their clients okay but treat staff like GARBAGE. The highest turnover the world has ever seen.
