I have been a member here several months and I have had appointments with several different therapists. Everyone has been a 9/10 or 10/10 which is great. Today I had an appointment with Rachel, her massage deserves a review. Rachel ruined my scale, compared to the 10/10s, todays massage would have to be a 20/10. I have never had better results from massage therapy and I have counted on massage therapy for years to help me keep going in the sports and activities that I love. I cannot begin to describe how much better I feel today after the massage. I highly recommend Rachel and all the therapists I have seen here. Thank you!
The front desk staff and the therapists are helpful and professional. I really enjoy my monthly massage there.
UPDATE: After being reached out based on the experience below everything was settled and I was refunded. I would like to thank the manager Ashley for giving me a call and actually listened to my concern! She agreed with me and the instance in the lack of communication and worked with me well! As I have stated I love Massage Heights, the employees and will continue to bring my business there! For this I thank you for working with me and hope everyone has a happy holiday. My experience with the massage therapists and the staff have been nothing but professional however this instance has me fuming. After the cancellation of my membership I was told I had 90 days to use the 2 hour credits I had. Due to covid-19 closures and life expectancies I was not able to use them earlier than the last 2 weeks of the last month I could. I used 1 hour and I did indeed \Book\ the last hour before the 90 day period was up. However a family circumstance came up last minute and I had to re-book that last credit. I was NOT told that the credit would NOT be able to be used and therefore during a pandemic where finances are hard I am now out money I could not afford. Due to this lack of communication. I am in sales and customer service and all they could tell me is \THERE IS NOTHING WE CAN DO\. If I would have known that I could not indeed use this credit I would have not rescheduled and cancelled the day before as I have done in the past. If anyone in corporate can help with this situation that would be great. I feel like this is a simple fix that is being refused to be done.
Tameka gives the best massage I've ever had! And that's saying something from someone who has used massage therapy for many years! Everyone there is warm, friendly and welcoming. Very thorough in their efforts to prevent covid exposure. Love this place! Highly recommend!!
