This is a true review. If you are looking for people that do great business, don't try to sell you on anything, and genuinely care...book an appointment with MVP and ask for Kenny Riley. He came today and gave me a o nonsense\ quote to upgrade my entire electrical panel and it was thousands cheaper than the competition. I could tell Kenny was happy about the work he does and was even happier to take care of me as a customer. And if you hate horrible customer service when you dial a number...you won't find that at MVP. You get real people with real pleasant demeanor. I'm totally satisfied with my experience and would highly recommend.

I had a pipe burst in my basement yesterday. I called today and they were able to get me in same day. Jake was super helpful and educated me on all my options before I made it. He was not pushy at all. It was a great experience. I would totally recommend Jake to anyone!

Update: Unfortunately I’ll have to revise my original review. The technician suggested my entire exhaust ducting system needed to be reworked to fix my heating issue. After my own investigation I discovered that the inducer fan was blocked with debris, preventing the unit from firing up. I saw some debris around the ducting that wasn’t there prior to MVPs visit, so I pulled the tubing and discovered an obvious amount of debris in the motor. After vacuuming it out it worked flawlessly and my heater resumed normal operation. It’s pretty clear the tech had discovered this but wanted to take advantage of the situation with a “discounted rate” to “temporarily” fix the problem that day, supposedly replacing the tubing, when this wasn’t the problem. If the tech didn’t know, he was incompetent. So either way, I wouldn’t trust MVP in the future.
