Great place, nice people! Well monitored, good food, sleeping arrangements is a bit close, but no complains. Except the reception lady, she never smile. Good thing now she has to wear a mask too.

They are professional. Everyone takes cake of you. Some phlebotomists can't draw blood without pain, but they can. I get nervous when starting a study and I owe them an apology (you may be because you need or have not done a study) but they were polite and helped me out through the screening. Just be ready, read the documents they email you, and be polite. :)

This place doesn't care about participant feedback. I participated in 2 studies last year 2019. While screening I experienced inappropriate comments from the staff. Also while screening, the receptionist stated no phone calls and conversations while reviewing the study material yet personal conversation can be heard by the staff in the receptionist area. Staff inside the clinic demonstrated unprofessional behavior by engaging in personal conversation with profane language. A project, clinical, manger , Courtney, stated how she has had to ban a participant from various studies, yet PRA has a protocol which accepts no input from participants when participants are considered for exclusion by the executive committee. Understand this is a decent opportunity to earn some income, but beware that some clinical and administrative staff, Vince, may not appreciate your participation and misconstrue, to say the least, your view of how you are treated in their facility. BEWARE
Very professional, thorough, detail-oriented and friendly staff. Nice facility. Looking forward to more visits.
