During this hard freeze, my pipes froze and busted. I called early that morning and set up a window timeframe of 10am-Noon. Of course, due to the horrible weather they were late. I called to cancel, lady on phone was very understanding and polite. But, as soon as I hung up, they were here. All I can say is that they were worth the wait. I had a major water break. When Bryan and his co-worker came in they assured me that the problem would be fixed today. I felt like they went above and beyond to fix the problem. They were knowledgeable about the situation and told me everything they were doing as they worked. Even suggested ways of prevention. Sometimes the wait is well worth it. Thanks.

These guys are great! Able to come out and assess problems in a timely manner during an extremely busy time due to the recent extreme cold snap with the weather. Very informative and reasonable with pricing. Will definitely recommend and use again for any future plumbing needs!

Called Roger the Plumber to regarding a backed up drown in my basement - most likely a clogged main drain. I inquired over the phone about a rough estimates, but was told that they don't give pricing over the phone. There was a 49 evaluation fee, which I was ok with. I was given a window of 12p-4p the next day...The following day after 4p, I later received a call that it would be after 5p before the technician could come. Plumber took about 5 minutes to look at the issue and told me it would be somewhere around 419!...I've never been charged that much to clear a main drain! I paid the 49 inspection fee & said no thank you to the price. Called another plumber and they gave me an estimate over the phone before they wasted any time in coming out. Was able to get the drain unclogged for much less price than I was quoted. No way to do good business if you're a company that's been in the business for so long...Good business includes at least giving an hourly rate or rough estimate of the issue over phone before wasting your potential customer's time & money.

The service person, Leo, was very professional. He did a thorough review of my HVAC system. He explained everything in detail...even drew pics for me to make it very clear. He answered all my questions completely. They replaced my furnace for me the very next day. The installers were on time, professional, cleaned up after themselves and made sure I understood everything. I would recommend them to anyone.
