We have been extremely pleased with the patio sliding glass door that thermal King has installed for us about five years ago. The difference in the heat reduction that we feel in our kitchen… Which used to be extremely hot because of the west facing windows, is night and day difference. I can’t wait to replace the rest of my west facing windows with thermal King. Not to mention their customer service is top notch. The couple times that we have had an issue, I have had a return call in less than 24 hours, sometimes within minutes to immediately fix the problem. Always corrected with complete satisfaction and honoring the warranty without question. Highly recommend this company.

I got windows replaced through Thermal King. Overall experience was great. Dialog started a year back and this year TK come up with the pricing which was in my budget. I signed up in month of August and got my windows replaced in October second week or so. The overall experience was great. Quality product, great workmanship, timely delivery and easy to get hold of if needed. Highly recommended.

Customer service is extremely poor. There is zero communication from TK. I have had to contact them multiple times to get information on my windows that were purchased. The product itself it great. We have on average a 3% drop in energy bills/month. The installation crew was very professional and did a great job. All of Our windows are finally installed. We are waiting for a slider window to be reconfigured. The safety stop is at the wrong end, which makes it useless. We are also waiting for a screen on one of the windows.

Once again, we are so happy with Thermal King windows and doors! This time they installed 3 new windows and a front door and no other windows or doors compare to these! It's so nice to not hear the outdoor noise anymore! The windows have great safety features, triple pane glass and easy to clean inside and out! Our front door has never looked so good! Love it! Great people to work with - from the salesmen to the installers! Skilled, professional and pleasant! Thank you again!!

Excellent product. Very expensive patio door, but worth it. So much nicer and more secure than what we had. Customer service and installation went well.
