Worst customer service ever! Cristina couldn't help me to setup my account. It looks like they don't need my business. I just call over there because I need lennox parts but they don't care at all. Call another lennox branch!
Good place for those who are looking for Lennox parts and equipment. We were looking for a replacement for old original thermostat for Lennox furnace. Were able to find everything in there Thank you for a good service!
So we submitted the claim to Lennox. Waited several days for a response. Had to follow up with them. Took a while to get in touch with the correct rep who could help me. Finally I spoke with someone. Lennox had unjustly denied our claim. I had to explain that there is no reason this claim should be denied. I now have to resubmit everything via email. The rep said it would take another 3 business days to review the claim again for possible approval (even though it shouldn't have been denied in the first place) and it will take even longer for them to actually ship the compressor. The claim was submitted 8-2-18 and we still haven't gotten our replacement compressor. I hope this is helpful for other customers and recommend to stay away. Lennar Builder gave us new home with this AC. The HVAC company told me that they are busy fixing for too many people in the same area and all belong to Lennox
