This is a great club -- lots of machines and free weights with plenty of space. It's clean and organized and has a motivating, energetic buzz. It's a place that easily accommodates new exercisers and long term fitness enthusiasts.

I really like this gym friendly atmosphere family oriented really nice people that's the good oh and shower and steam room I really like that lots of machine so you don't have to wait. But man very dirty filthy I think they don't clean at all
Quiet, friendly scene. Members have become like a big happy family. Cleaning stations and sanitizing throughout gym. Best place to train in the area.
This is a pretty good gym, although I wish they would another bench press and deadlift platform, then it would deserve all of my five stars.
Global has set a new standard for gyms! Every time I check in there's always someone to greet me with a smile. The check in is always contact less which helps in these times! Their staff is always informative and are willing to help if you have any questions about machines. Multiple machines to workout on as well as a range of free weights to choose from! You name a machine they have it! They offer great classes from Cycle to right at home over Zoom! Have been a member for a while and will never change!
