I had very specific requirements for a computer build. Russ understood those specs and understood what we to accomplish. He suggested improvements to the build and helped brainstorm the final product. The end result was a new computer that met and exceeded everything we discussed. I got my laptop charging port repaired here a while ago, but it feels like the repair wasn't done very well because I noticed it was still struggling to charge, but it worked as long as I kept it at a good angle so I didn't say anything, but now that some time has passed, it's becoming troublesome again.
Russell is my new go-to guy when I need new PC parts installed or anything repaired. He built my entire gaming desktop from start to finish and he is installing my storage as we speak, I could not be happier with his work and will absolutely go here from now on for any of my PC needs.
