Awesome experience at Torrid! I went shopping with my niece, she frequently gets overwhelmed doing for clothes. The staff were great. They helped her find the most needed items jeans, in styles she wanted in a couple of sizes, plus a couple toys she liked. Then started bringing her other items they thought she might like in the sizes that fit her best. She was able to find several outfits were most of the pieces can be mixed and matched, everything fit and flattered her. She had fun, no tears and no having to give up without getting what she needed. She even was able to get bold with some new styles that she wouldn't normally go for!

The quality seems to have really gone down. Clothes, ect really do not justify the prices. This isn't a knock of this store specifically, as all sales girls was very nice, this is more about Torrid in general.

Just left the store at the Mall at Whitney Field. The ladies working were fantastic!! I'm very picky, and they dealt with my pickings with the utmost professionalism!!! I accidentally left my keys in the dressing room, and I have been sick with a cold for 2 weeks now, when I got to my car, I ended up getting sick due to being over hot and not eating anything all day. The girl brought out my keys to me to my car in this blistering cold, and asked if I was ok and if I needed anything. I wish I knew all their names!! They were truly AMAZING!! Thank you again for all the help from when I entered the store to when I was at my car.

These Ladies know what's up. They are so nice, helpful and relatable. SALES cannot be beat for a specialty store ... I just wish regular prices were a little lower, but I still LVE MY TRRID!

My girlfriend went here, says she very much enjoyed the style and quality of the clothes. But like any women's clothing store it is outrageously over priced. Great staff, needs lower pricing. Edit: Girlfriend as also very disappointed that she bought jeans that have fake front pockets.
