These guys are terrific! When I bought my pickup cab/shell/whatever you call it, they did a great job advising me, and keeping me informed of the schedule as it was being prepared. They installed it well (3 years later it's still in great shape). And when I had a problem with the hinged back window (Leer's mistake, not theirs) they were fast, friendly and great with the after-sale service. Thanks so much Michael and JJ.

I don’t often review but I felt the need because the whole crew provided excellent, above and beyond service! I got my truck bed spray lined. They were awesome about explaining the process and arranging a flexible drop off and pick up time. The whole staff was friendly and helpful, they even went beyond the scope of general service and provided me with new screws to get my tailgate panel on as well as some new clamps for my camper top. The spray line job was neat and professional. If I could give them 6 stars I would!

I shopped around and price checked multiple dealers for a landscape trailer in Winston and surrounding areas..Leonard seemed to be the most reputable with the most options at a fair price (not to mention 12 months same as cash financing). I was not let down! I called them up and spoke with Keith, 4 days later he not only had the trailer I was initially looking at on stand by, but had an upgraded version to better fit my needs ready to go! Great customer service and experience all the way around, the installers were also very helpful in getting the correct placement for my add on tool racks. These guys are awesome, I'll definitely be adding another Leonard trailer to my fleet in the future!

I've been a customer now for about 2 years when I purchased two trailers. From the very first both Mike and Matt have bent over backwards to accommodate even my craziest of ideas. Now when I come by the store they make me feel like an old welcome friend and that feels good. Even when I call they immediately recognize and acknowledge me by name and that also feels good. Recently, March 2018, I was having electrical issues between my RV and the trailer I used to haul my Polaris RZR. I went over the Wednesday before leaving and Matt with an assist from Mike, spent all afternoon past regular closing time and finally got everything sorted out. While on my nearly 4000 mile long trip (some off road) the trailer performed brilliantly. I have now been to Utah and back twice; once last year and now this year and the same trailer loaded with my 800 S Polaris RZR and other supplies and equipment has performed perfectly. I don't consider Mike and Matt just \Team Leonard\, I consider them friends that I can go to and be taken and treated seriously, even if my idea is a bit crazy. They always listen, then come up with a solution to whatever I ask of them. I have full confidence in both men and look forward to my visits to the store.
