These guys are completely unprofessional, rude, arrogant, and condescending. I came in with a pool test today, asked a couple questions, and was greeted with unprovoked outright hostility from one of their associates. Completely set aback and still baffled why, I put away the items I was planning on purchasing. I then complained to the manager, who couldn't care less about my experience. In the day of age of Amazon, Costco, and Walmart why would anyone buy from a place like this or trust them with your pool chemistry...

Their products are overpriced, but the guy at the counter was very friendly and professional and testing my pool water in a timely fashion.
As hard as they tried they couldn't answer my questions...but, I definitely give them an A for effort!! With that being said, my best friend loves them!! Currently going forward with an open mind!!
Asst mgr Penny Powell went above and beyond. Highly recommend.
