Staff is pretty knowledgable on pools and supplies. Would give them 5 stars but they discontinued a part for my pool filter and don't make it anymore. Not the stores fault but the company itself.

When I first walked into my local Hemet store 3 yrs ago...I didn't know anything about pools and their maintenance. Today, I am nearly an expert with these ladies help and guidance.
The staff are friendly, helpful & technically very competent. Their free pool water test & analysis and the recommended products, plus a computerized procedure report have resulted in a crystal clear pool at minimal expense. They are also very knowledgeable about equipment that you may require. A thoroughly professional organization !
Brenda was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. This is our first pool so were still learning and not only was she was very patient but she taught us a few things as well. Wonderful service!
