Nice store! The new owner is really sweet! Must stop place if you need Uniforms or any Western Wear!

This place is located in The Junction now. I placed and order of heming and patch work after purchasing a couple hundred dollars worth of uniforms. My order had not even been touched the day it was supposed to be ready (a week later). I was told to come back at 10am the next day and waited until the young lady came scrambling in at 10:30ish. I wasn't happy with the service.
Unskilled seamstress gives less than acceptable repairs. Had 2 holes on a very nice jacket and they just sewed up a ball of material in both holes and are more noticeable now than before. Haven’t worn jacket since.
This place is generally overpriced and slow to provide paid for services. They know they have an inside track due to being the only game in town for some things, their last name, and their local connections. Plus, they are clearly checked out, as evidenced by their repeated unsuccessful attempts to sell the business. As a result of these factors their hours are inconsistent, their prices are too high, and they take weeks to complete simple jobs that they promise would be done in no time. Plus, they have had several know-nothing people working there in recent history, including a person who got into an argument with me over whether a manufacturer makes a certain style of boot I wanted. She said it doesn’t exist; the books on my feet say otherwise. It’s not a bad place to browse, but do yourself a favor and buy elsewhere.
They always have what I'm looking for an they are always very friendly an nice to everyone.
My grandson had the best experience picking out a cowboy hat. The service is above and beyond. Soren even got a lesson in lassoing!
