Where to begin, Jenn went above and beyond to help us create Save the Dates for our camp-themed reception. Each step of the process, she showed artistry, patience, creativity and she was so helpful! Not to mention she has a beautiful selection of paper and products. We're so happy with the way our project turned out, we hope to return for another project again soon!

Jenn went above and beyond on our wedding invites! We were working on a short timeline, and she was able to get things designed and organized quickly, making it super easy for us. Can't recommend her work enough, and the space she is working in is so cool to visit. Thank You Letterpress PDX.

Worked with Jenn on a custom wedding invitation... She took extra effort for us and offered a variety of options and estimates to help us. She went the extra mile to find right paper, envelopes, colors for us and offered to expedite printing to help with any deadlines. I Highly recommend letterpress PDX. She even gave us the custom printing plate as a memento.

I wish they had communicated to me my artwork needed adjustment. How am I supposed learn how to fix it? I arrived for pickup, and they just said “it looks wrong because your artwork was wrong.” Edit to Respond to the Owner: You’re correct, you did provide me with the envelope you were going to print on; it’s my fault for not checking it was the same size as my A2 envelope file. However, I want to clarify, I am not unhappy with the product, but rather the last second “it’s your fault” when I came to pick it up. The ill-fitted sizing was minimal and wasn’t noticed by the client. I probably wouldn’t have said anything, or assumed it was my fault anyway. But you told me I had messed up right before I handed you my credit card when picking up the order. I think you were trying to preemptively differ fault, but in the end it just made me feel blamed without having time to fix it. It was like you were saying “Your artwork was lousy. Bye.” That’s why I gave you a 3 star review: the work is great, but the last second criticism in proximity with a good chunk of money out of my bank account made me want to leave a \how I feel\ review. I hope this clarifies my experience. I appreciate the effort you put into working with me, and thank you for producing the pieces.
