Joey at Music Trends has been absolutely fantastic to work with. When I set out to find a great deal on a Chauvet Gigbar Move, Joey was incredibly responsive and attentive to all my needs. I also wanted it to arrive in time for a New Year's Eve party, so he shipped it out promptly and via UPS (just about the only reliable shipping option these days). In addition, just a few weeks after arriving I had a malfunction with the unit and Music Trends was quick to respond in providing an immediate replacement and label to ship back the defective Gigbar. I'll certainly be using these guys again for any future needs.

I should have been shopping here from the beginning instead of comparing 12 different web shops... Joey got the road case I needed to me with time to spare, and still less expensive than any of the other stores I was looking at. Questions I sent were responded to quickly - even the one I sent overnight was answered first thing in the morning, before I even picked up my first cup of coffee. (and yes, I'm in East Coast time zone!) Hands down the best source for gear and equipment advice.
