Awesome service from start to finish! I am from the area and know how hard it is to have a company show up. This company did! The ladies in the office were great and courteous, the salesman was knowledgeable and gave me options, and the techs were spot on professional. I recommend them above any other in the area! Last year they installed a new window in my room. About a year later, the piece that holds up the window stopped working so I called them. A guy was immediately sent the next day. He told me that the piece had slipped and he needed a certain part and only a certain guy could do the job. That guy was supposed to call me to schedule an appointment. But he didn't call so I called them. That guy apparently had wisdom teeth surgery and was out until Monday but he'd definitely call me then. By Wednesday I called and left a message to find out why he hadn't called. Today I hear back only to find that that couldn't be bothered to call me but not only that, they don't have the part and now, without anyone else coming to look at my window, they've decided it's not the window that's faulty, it's the exterior of the window, which isn't on them. I then called back again and the woman who answered decided my being their customer was worth the effort so two guys came in and did fix the window. They then showed me what was wrong and what I needed to do when it breaks. While I'm happy with the result, that was a lot of effort.

No communication and miscommunication. Was told a schedule and no one showed during that 2 hour window and I had to constantly call to find out where someone was. Didn't even show me on the schedule then all the sudden after I called 3 separate times I had an appointment reminder saying I was scheduled for the following day. It seemed a little too convenient given the timing of the reminder considering I wrote the appointment down on my calendar as I was on the phone with the person that gave me that day. I was then told they would send a tech out at a designated time and someone would call. Half hour past the time and no one still showed or called. Meanwhile, homeowner and contractor(myself) waited around wasting our time when I had several other places to be... instead I made 2 trips to a job I wasn't even working at that day. After being on hold back and forth 4 different times, I complained to the manager and asked for the techs number, she refused and said she couldn't give it out, but yet they were going to call me on their way in which their number would have showed up anyway!? It made no sense and I'm not playing the back and forth games. I've used go glass numerous times in my 20 years of business, from mirrors to shower glass and doors to window replacements. This situation alone has my business going else where. The problem is when businesses start doing good and getting bigger they don't care about losing business they already had. My time was wasted, unpaid for and cost me money in time and scheduling without a care in the world. It was an oh well, thank you and off the phone they went. Well thank YOU, you've lost a business's business!

Terrible customer service. I've left numerous messages for a call back about an installation they are suppose to be doing. Not happy with their customer service at all.. All I want is a returned call with am update. So they were suppose to be here today for installation. It's now 3:39 PM and still not here. We were on the schedule for 10-12:30. When we call all we get is one excuse after another. They will NEVER get our business again.
