The hardest part of having Patio System install my pergola was waiting to get the approval from the HOA. They had a million questions but they were all answered. We absolutely love the pergola and the workmanship. The crew they sent was perfect. I would recommend them.

Patio Systems did a wonderful job replacing rotted wood and wrapping our posts with aluminum. The vinyl makes a huge difference! Keeps dirt and pollen out and looks great. The vinyl panels slide up or down to expose screen. Great quality job, just wish we did this sooner!!
They are easy to work with and try to respond but apparently getting materials from their suppliers has been a problem since I have been waiting since the end of June to get the door replaced. This seems to be due to the pandemic. The work done to install the three-season enclosure was quick and well done
Had a great experience with Patio Systems! Pete was a great salesperson --very thorough and customer-focused. The design center was a good resource to help finalize the plan. The production and install team were also very professional and efficient--even in the midst of the pandemic they were able to get my project done in a timely manner. I liked them so much I want them to complete a sunroom for my parents that are building a home in Lewes!!
Excellent service from the initial consult all the way to the day of installation. Highly recommended!!!
