Had an awesome experience here yesterday for my daughter buying her first car. First of all, when you walk in, ask for Kyle. He is the most 'chill' no pressure sales person ever. He was so dilligent in finding the best car for my daughter. He did a great job of explaining the process, and keeping her from being overwhelmed. We had a long day--6 hours start to finish. She test drove easily 6 cars, and we sat and deliberated for quite a while. Kyle never pressured and knew when to stay and guide and when to give us space. She left with a great car, far better than she expected, thanks to Kyle, his ,GM, Jared the sales manager and the very wonderful finance man Larry! Excellent service and experience.

I just wanted to take a moment to recognize Celebration Kia! I had a truly wonderful experience here at this dealership! First off, this was the quickest car deal I’ve ever done in my entire 30 years of buying cars! I was in and out of there in about two hours! So kuddos to my Sales Rep Colleen for the expedient service and the ability to get some of the leg work done over the phone! I also received my memorandum title in record time! Two weeks after the car deal? I was blown away! Thanks to Andrew the GSM for making my car purchase successful! Thanks to the Desk Manager Jared for crunching the numbers and helping me to arrive at a monthly payment that I could afford. My bank has been paid off for my trade in! All around great experience with everyone at the dealership! I did only four stars because there was one key element that was missing and rather disappointing. My Sales Rep never called me after the sale just to say hello and to ensure everything was going smoothly. This would of by far would of really put the icing on the cake. I’ve worked in car sales and I know that there is nothing more satisfying than having a call from the dealer to say “Hey” and “Thank You” after the sale! This is the only area where I feel some improvement could be made! Other than that, Thank you for an overall terrific experience!

We chatted online with the Cole Forshey before going into the dealership. We knew the preowned car we were interested in (a 2014 Volvo S60 T5) and worked out all of the details before we even went in to do a test drive. Cole made it extremely simple for us and is an excellent sales specialist. Cole is responsive, listens to your needs, is easy going, patient, friendly and Not at all pushy! He made our car purchasing adventure a Pleasure. I don't give this recommendation lightly -- I've purchased many cars in my (almost) 40 years of driving, and this was possibly the smoothest transaction I've ever experienced. From Cole in sales to Kristina (Stevenson) in financing and the guys back in the service department -- everything was Great!
