went in to buy a camera, was in the store for 15 minutes, couldn’t get any help, even while employees were standing and talking to each other. nothing on the shelves or in their cases to look at, let alone any way to try out any cameras

Drove down from West Liberty over an hour away. First time in store, and explained I shoot mostly runners. Moving up from Nikon D7100 and wanted to stay Nikon. I was looking at either the D500 or D850. Nathan listened to my needs, and didn’t try to up-sell me on the camera body. Both were in my budget. We saved enough to buy a great lens. After using it at three HS track meets, I now realize how his advice was spot on. I had really done my research and knew the prices were very fair. I also bought a few accessories and probably paid a little more, but his advice was so valuable to me. For the first time ever, I have parents asking me what I’m doing different. They love the shots, especially the ones under the stadium lights. I called today to say I’d be down again in two weeks. I’ll be buying another lens from him. He remembered me. I own a small business, and would be honored to have Nathan work for me. I believe that is the best way to complement them. I’ve found my camera store.

Very disappointed. Need to work on customer service! The guy was rude and made me feel stupid! I will go back to \World of Photography\ they had great customer service and a friendly staff!
