I Love Red Cedar Family Practice!! Alex Duffy is a very professional, kind hearted person. I always appreciate his complete honesty with me. Doc Cox, what can I say. This man is just an amazing human being!! He is So thorough, so Professional, compassionate, kind and understanding. He is like the perfect doctor, human being bundle! Tish, who manages the office is always helpful and always willing to make time to listen to any concerns. Scott who often answers the phones is always polite and friendly while he tries to help me. I have been a patient at Red Cedar for 7 years. The Waiting room, the Exam rooms and the Restrooms have Always been impeccably Clean. I am honored to be able to write this review.

The office staff is always courteous and professional, and have taken extra precautions during the pandemic making patients feel extremely safe. And Dr. Michelini is as thorough a doctor as I have ever had.

Dr. Cox is caring and takes time to know you. He is very thorough. The office staff and nurses are friendly. Great office ! Never had a problem being seen when ill.

As long as was a patient, at Family Practice, I may have only seen the actual Dr. Cox, 3 times! Although was seen by an assistant of his, was not the attentive, thorough care, one should recieve! The wait time was unbearing, for the three minutes of actual face to face! I was dropped from this practice, because I missed two appointments! I rarely got appointment reminder calls, so, I forgot! I am not happy with this practice because of a lot of reasons! To drop someone because of missed appointments? Lame! Call them and reschedule them, if they are actually that important.to you as your patient! I even tried to talk to the office manager, was told she would call me back! That was a damn week ago! So, no, I won't be going anywhere near this place again!
