hello Please do not buy warranty from them. They tell you it covers everything and when you need them Advent service will tell you this part does not covers. I bought 10 year warranty from this company on my new house system. At that time they told me warranty covers everything unless its struck by lighting or ants eat wires. Now the service guy came and said some motor is not working and damper is not working. I talked to service manager Lauren Banks and she told me warrant cover system but not motor or damper. So the catch in the warranty is it does not cover half of the parts. I paid almost 1000 for warranty and they just send me invoice to fix this issue 2700. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THEIR WARRANTY. Technician told me I need new parts but now the system is working fine so why do I need parts??? Hmmm this company just try to rip off people by making things up.
We have a maintenance plan with Advent and they check our system twice a year. I believe it’s kept our system running well. The service advisors have all been professional and courteous including today’s - Darryl and the gentleman that was training. They explained everything clearly and answered all my questions.
Our experience with Advent has always been positive and professional. They understand that problems with HVAC systems in N. Texas need quick response. We’ve never been disappointed.
